Dedicated Computing strives to offer our customers valuable services that allow customers to engage with us in several different ways. We understand sometime you just need to talk to the help desk right away, but other times you need to use our online tools to submit a service request. We provide a variety of options to support our customers.

  • E-service is a tool we offer all of our clients. You can submit request 24 hours a day seven days a week and track the status of all your requests in one convenient place.
  • Use the portal to check warranty status, asset information, secure tracking information and check inventory of Dedicated Computing built hardware using your Ozone login. If you would like access contact your assigned Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
  • Our online store is free for clients and open 24 hours a day seven days a week.
