Chief Executive Officer and President
Don Schlidt is Dedicated Computing’s Chief Executive Officer and President. He joined the company as CEO in 2008, and was elected to the board of directors that same year. Schlidt is responsible for overall strategic direction and operational execution within the organization. He brings more than 25 years of business experience and 15 years of technology industry experience leading high performance organizations.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, Schlidt served in several executive positions at Arrow Electronics, most recently serving as President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arrow/Zeus Electronics. Earlier in his career, Schlidt served as President of several business units within Corporate Express - North America.
Schlidt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he earned a BBA degree in Finance and Real Estate. In addition to serving on the Dedicated Computing Board of Directors, he currently serves on the Technical Advisory Board for Intel Corporation. Schlidt also maintains strong ties to the non-profit community, serving on boards for the UW School of Business and several local and regional charities.
Chief Financial Officer
Jane Menheer is Dedicated Computing’s Chief Financial Officer. She joined the company in 2011. Menheer is responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions, along with the legal, risk management, compliance, organizational development, and human resource functions within the organization. She brings more than 25 years of financial and operations experience in Big 4 public accounting, high growth environments, and turnaround situations.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, Menheer served as CFO for Guaranty Financial Corporation. Earlier in her career, Menheer held various executive leadership positions at Direct Supply, including CFO and Treasurer. Menheer is a graduate of Marquette University where she earned a BS degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Dave Guzzi is Dedicated Computing’s Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He joined the company in 2016. Guzzi is responsible for managing the marketing and sales teams in order to drive revenue and customer acquisition, ensuring strong overall company performance while meeting customers’ computationally intensive business needs, worldwide. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry and brings a broad background in conceptualizing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, Guzzi served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Equus Computer Systems, Inc., where he had responsibility for worldwide revenue across multiple direct and indirect channels. Guzzi is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned his BA in Economics. He currently serves on the Technical Advisory Board for Intel Corporation.
Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain
David Gervasio is Dedicated Computing’s Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain. He joined the company in 2012. Gervasio is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the integrated supply chain within Dedicated Computing. He brings more than 20 years of operations and supply chain leadership experience.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, Gervasio served as the Global Sales & Operations Planning Executive for GE Healthcare. He started his 20-year career with GE in the cooperative education program and held roles of increasing responsibility and impact at 5 different GE businesses – Appliances, Power Systems, GE Capital, Plastics, and Healthcare. He served as General Manager for the Americas Supply Chain team at GE Plastics as it was divested to SABIC Innovative Plastics.
Gervasio is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. In addition to his role at Dedicated, he is committed to improving the balanced education of young people in technical disciplines and music through volunteer participation in local community and numerous high school activities.
Director of Product Management and Solutions Architect
Jeff Durst is Dedicated Computing’s Director of Product Management & Solutions Architect. He joined the company in 2011. Durst is responsible for ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the company’s vision, as well as converts customer requirements into the architecture and design of the solutions. He brings more than 30 years of technical and business leadership experience within several markets, including healthcare, communications, military, aerospace, industrial and scientific computing.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, Durst led various engineering development, product management and solution architecting activities for Emerson Network Power (formerly Artesyn Technologies), and directed a product roadmap team as part of its embedded computing product strategy. Durst is a graduate of Herzing University. where he earned a MBA with a concentration in technology management. He holds a BS degree in Technology Management from Herzing University and an AS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Wisconsin School of Electronics.
Director of Engineering - Software
Andrew Herger is Dedicated Computing’s Director of Engineering - Software. Herger joined the company in 2011. He is responsible for service delivery via network, systems, and software engineers. Focus areas include securing and connecting intelligent edge node devices; delivering assessments; and designing, implementing and supporting server, storage, and network infrastructure. Herger brings 15 years’ experience in leadership, engineering, consulting, project management, and product development.
Prior to joining Dedicated Computing, he led other Professional Services organizations, managed infrastructure design and implementation projects, and engineered server, storage, and application solutions. He holds BS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Director of Systems Engineering
Jeff Krueger is Dedicated Computing’s Director of Systems Engineering. He joined the company in 2011. Krueger is responsible for the strategic direction of researching and developing new products and technologies that meet market demand and keep the company competitive. He brings 29 years of hardware and software engineering and product development experience.
His career history includes various roles within engineering, R&D, product management, project management, and data center operations. Krueger holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and a MS in eBusiness from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Additionally, he is a member of the Software Engineering Industry Advisory Board for the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is an active mentor and sponsor of FIRST Robotics.
