Dedicated Computing Rolls up its Sleeves for Home Building Charity Project

WAUKESHA, WI (June 11, 2018) – For the second consecutive year, a team of Dedicated Computing associates found themselves knee deep (literally) in supporting the Waukesha chapter of Habitat for Humanity. The ambitious team rolled up their sleeves, grabbed some hammers and put their home construction skills to work for a good cause.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home, with a strong belief affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

“Waukesha County is home to our global headquarters. Dedicated Computing is committed to actively supporting the growth and development of this community,” says Don Schlidt, President, and CEO of Dedicated Computing. “Habitat for Humanity is a tremendous organization, and we’re proud to invest our time and resources to support their mission.”

The day-long, volunteer group-build included carpentry, well-digging, and other projects assigned to the team based on skill level and abilities.

Dedicated Computing employs over 200 associates who collectively support its mission of Powering the World’s Most Important Devices®.
