Dedicated Computing LLC designs, builds, validates and integrates embedded, single-purpose computers and high level assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs.) By incorporating all of the business dynamics of the customer into the process, we provide an optimal product design, integration and lifecycle management program.
Dedicated Computing ("DC") leverages commercial PC, mobile computing, industrial and other open-standard technologies to deliver platforms optimized to specific applications. We validate each system design to optimize the performance, ergonomics and reliability characteristics while balancing manufacturability, serviceability and cost.
Our extensive design and validation capabilities are applied to provide the ideal product for each customer application. We validate each product to the specific needs of our customers including industry and regulatory standards, and application-specific thermal, acoustic, power and environmental considerations.
We evaluate the customer's product lifecycle needs at the design stage, and manage those needs throughout the lifecycle to minimize unnecessary product changes. Advance notice of potential changes—and the opportunity to opt out of undesired changes—eliminate the pain and cost of poor lifecycle management.
Complete integration services help to eliminate inventory and streamline the supply chain. Integration services include:

- final test and acceptance
- device history record collection and retention
- direct shipment to the end user
- high-level assemblies such as complete racks of systems and associated components, mobile carts, kitting, etc.

DC began as a division of Omni Tech Corporation, a company with a 27-year history in the technology manufacturing and design business. In April 2006, DC was acquired by company management and a fund of Mason Wells, a Milwaukee-based middle-market private equity firm, and effected a name change to Dedicated Computing LLC. DC has a strong financial foundation and 16 consecutive years of profitable operation.
