Advance Replacement Program

In an effort to maintain maximum end user uptime, Dedicated Computing offers an upgrade to our standard depot warranty.

In the Advance Replacement Program, we maintain an inventory of Advance Replacement parts or hot spare systems, allowing shipment of fully configured replacement equipment to ensure critical systems are up and running.

Upon receipt of the failed system we will properly diagnose and determine root cause for the system or component failures.

We will repair the failed system, configure it to the proper revision level and place the system in the hot spare pool for future use.

This program provides rapid replacement to our customers, good visibility and root cause of failures in the installed base and minimizes the replacement cost and burden of our customers.
