We recognize that our customers invest significant resources in building relationships with strategic suppliers, and communicating their key issues and business methodologies. We have structured our sales force to minimize changes that could disrupt the normal flow of activities.

Our factory-based account executives are the core people responsible for meeting customer needs. Relationships are built on a deep and long-term understanding of the customer, their needs and culture. Account executives are assigned to overlapping geographic territories with specific account responsibility so they do not have to be reassigned as growth occurs. 90% of our customers have never experienced an account executive change.

While account executives are the main contacts, multiple points of engagement from all key areas of both companies facilitate speed and accuracy.
