The Ozone extranet
DC customers use our customized extranet called Ozone for 24/7 access to technical information and order management.
Product- and customer-specific data is gathered during the manufacturing process, enabling the OEM to view details on each system manufactured. The database can be customized to enable the OEM to add their own data, reducing redundant data entry. Customers' technical support teams are empowered with as much or more information on each system as they would have if they manufactured it themselves.
Online Ordering
Using the Ozone for secure online ordering allows customers to significantly lower transactional costs, conduct business on their own schedule and get the fastest access to the most accurate information available. The Ozone makes it easy to select from a pre-populated list of commonly ordered products, pre-configured to exact specifications.
The Ultimate Authority
The Ozone uses real-time manufacturing data, not an infrequently-updated copy or a separate database, so information from The Ozone is the best data available.

A single company can have numerous passwords, each with different levels of access to various information. We can even customize the entire front end to work seamlessly with customers' systems and processes.
Security
Protected with SSL encryption, The Ozone can be tunneled through a proxy server or firewall and data can be exported for use in other documents.
