Shock & vibration

Dedicated Computing performs shock and vibration testing on individual compute engines and high level assemblies to evaluate the design conformance to application requirements. This includes simulating the shipping and transportation environment, manufacturing and installation as well as the actual use environment. Shock and vibration is also commonly included in HALT and HASS reliability testing.

This testing is valuable to avoid the painful learning that commonly occurs during the initial phases of a product launch bringing that learning upstream in the process and avoiding end customer impact.

We own and operate an air-cooled, electrodynamic "shaker table" which allows us to quickly and efficiently validate product modifications and improvements during the product's lifecyle.
