Acoustic
Our in-house acoustic chamber lets us characterize the audible noise generated by a compute engine or the equipment it is installed into. This walk-in chamber is large enough to test consoles and full server racks.
In general, thermal and airflow issues in a system are resolved by increasing the amount of airflow through a system, which tends to increase fan noise. In applications where audible noise must be kept within a certain level (particularly in medical applications) the acoustic chamber allows us to engineer a solution that meets both the maximum ambient and acoustic specifications required by the application.
