Our Service Group is designed specifically to provide technical support to OEM and ISV customers. We are committed to delivering high quality service that adds value to our relationship with our customers and helps our customers satisfy their end users.
At the time of initial technical engagement you will be assigned a senior-level support technician who is an expert on our product portfolio and will become an expert on your specific computing platform and service needs. The support technician is available via a toll-free number and is backed by a team of qualified technicians. This support expert is trained to quickly respond to your needs, from RMA parts processing to advanced technical consultation.
Support technicians own the escalation of any issue that they are unable to solve themselves. They are connected directly with our Product Engineering team, gaining accelerated access to the advanced assistance that may be necessary on occasion.
In addition, your assigned technician will proactively review monthly reports and service histories to isolate potential recurring problems and drive corrective action to eliminate them at their source.
We understand that our customers can't waste valuable time going through basic troubleshooting questions when they are trying to solve complex issues. That's why we assign a primary technician who will become familiar with your service level requirements and your own end-user support processes.
