We understand the necessity and value of Account Managers that have a deep understanding of our customer's business and for that reason rarely change Account Manager assignments. Communication is bolstered with quarterly product quality reports and annual or semi-annual strategic business reviews, keeping both organizations keep up to date with respective strategic directions and new developments.

Our secure, customized "Ozone" extranet provide 24/7 access to product- and customer-specific technical information and order management, allowing customers to conduct business on their own schedule and access real-time manufacturing data.
