Localized manufacturing content

Dedicated Computing supports the manufacture of products outside the US to localize manufacturing content as a means of improving the quality of service, reducing lead times and costs for our customers' manufacturing locations worldwide.

We develop, design and validate the product at our headquarters in Wisconsin, and work with manufacturing partners who operate manufacturing facilities internationally to complete final integration within the local market.

We coordinate the manufacturing at our facility in the United States with that of our partner so that shipments from both facilities are identical. The supply chain is coordinated so that changes occur in each location in a planned fashion and the bill of material, work instructions and certifications are carefully managed.

This blended approach assists OEMs in meeting local manufacturing content requirements, while leveraging the processes, technical expertise and validation performed by Dedicated Computing.
