Quality system
Quality is integral to all levels of Dedicated Computing. Rigorous quality standards are set and continually tightened to ensure that the most demanding customer needs are met or exceeded.
We are certified with quality standards bodies important to our customers and the vertical markets we serve. We test products at multiple points in-process, and do not rely on a batch "end-of-the-line" quality review.
Quality processes extend out of the production environment and into every facet of the company. All employees are focused on quality and incentivised on quality and customer retention.

Our quality system and procedures are consistent with FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) Title 21 Part 820 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Our CGMP services include Device History Records (DHR), Device Master Records (DMR) and Correction Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) documentation.
How does this relate to non-Medical products?
We are focused on product and process quality as one of our core values. This helps us provide maximum profit opportunities for our OEM customers, regardless of their markets.
Quality Reports
We provide a quality “scorecard” to each customer on a quarterly basis. This report is used by customers in several ways, including:
- Tracking DC quality and improvement over time
- Early detection of changes, issues or trends
- Comparing their failure rates and modes of failure with DC's total installed base
- Identifying product design issues that could be addressed in future revisions
- Validating that the customer's organization is communicating issues to DC to ensure proper action
The quality database behind these Installed Base Analysis reports is a sophisticated tool enabling OEMs to review their product status, both as a current snapshot and as trends over time.
